Are you eligible for counseling subsidization?

1. Are you either

  • A resident of Mountlake Terrace with the ZIP code of 98043?

  • A member of Mountlake Church?

2. Do you meet the income requirements?

  • Is your income less than 300% of the federal poverty guidelines?

If you answered yes to both, you may qualify for counseling subsidization. Make sure you have what you need to apply. Then get started applying.
