Before you apply

1. Are you eligible?

  • Are you a resident of Mountlake Terrace or a member of Mountlake Church?

  • Is your income less than 300% of the federal poverty guidelines?

If you answered yes to both, you may qualify for counseling subsidization. Make sure you have what you need to apply. Then get started applying.

2. Get your documentation ready

  • Applicants are required to have an income less than 300% of the federal poverty guidelines.

Approved subsidization applications will prioritize individuals with an income meeting 200% or lower on the federal poverty guideline to qualify for the lowest session payments, and those at the 300% federal poverty level guideline for higher session payments.
